My husband says his Italian sub was good. I ordered a small sub with soup and cashier paid no attention for my sub and soup.
The food is good but maybe a little over priced we got 2 small sandwiches, 2 mac n cheese and 2 small drinks and it was 27... bucks. The service was great and the food was good just a little pricey but we will be back. Read more

Says they do curbside pick up online. When I called the lady said they could and I was very specific that I was wanting curb... side pick up. I called back after looking over the menu and that second different lady who answered so no they don?t do curbsidepick up and you have to come in to pick up. If they do not offer this they need to remove it from their site! Also pleaseeducate all your staff on what you do and don?t allow. I?ll start with the soda machine being broke along with the ice and water machine. The only option was room temperature tea. Add... that with the fact that the staff were a disaster. The cashier with pink and green hair in a pony tail that went on the front ofher face acted like she had no clue what she was doing and had to repeat myself multiple times. The girl making our food hadmulti color glasses and a choker that screamed ?I need attention? while taking a little over 15 min to make two sandwiches. Iused to love this location but clearly pride of ownership and hiring people that cared what the looked like is not a priorityanymore. Read more
I saw the review of the subs being soggy and didn?t believe it at first. I?ve had Firehouse Subs before and loved it. I assumed... the person who wrote that must have waited too long to eat after it was made or ordered it with dressings. HOWEVER, I shouldhave take the advice. I got the New Yorker (which I thought was the brisket and cheddar since that is by far the best sub theyoffer). I was already bummed that I ordered the wrong sub, but then when I bit into it nearly immediately after it was made, Ispit it right out. It was the soggiest mess of a sub. I was blown away. I ordered with no dressing to avoid this issue. I stuckit in the fridge and immediately ordered from another restaurant. I total waste of money. I may pull the meat out to eat on somedifferent bread, but come on, build the sandwich right and this will NOT happen. You don?t put tomatoes directly on bread.That?s like sandwich 101.
