My made to order burger was stacked tall, it was a challenge getting a complete first bite mouthful. Five Guys cooks all their... burgers until well done (160 degree internal temp) using a smashburger style of prep so you're not going to get any pink runningthrough meat. But that's OK, their proven process does not deny you a juicy burger. Five Guys also knows how to apply bacon toa burger providing bacon in every bite coverage, it is a BACON cheeseburger after all, not a "Bacon on the side" burger, withhalf slices hanging out like a cow's tongue outside the burger rather than ON the burger... But I digress. This burger wasnicely balanced and is definitely worthy of a repeat buy. And even though Five Guys calls it a "Little Fry" on the menu, it's avery generous portion of fries. Bacon cheeseburger and fries were good. Shift manager and another tall young man were working their butts off. Same young man... (no name tags) was courteous. Said thank you when bfriend picked up meal at counter, made fries,put burgers together,etc.. Shortyoung man didn't greet a single customer. Made eye contact w/ female customer then turned his back and scraped out grease trapw/ cooking utensil and ate food by the fryer. 3rd young man wiped eyes and forehead w/ top of hand w/ gloves on. Didn't changethem. Place looked clean,even bathroom. Do not think we'll return there due to food sanitation issues. Read more
One of the best burger chains ever! Food is high quality and always fresh with big portions. The burgers are more on the... expensive side but it's worth your money especially for being able to put many types of toppings and condiments in it. A largecajun fries are always great to share with friends or family. Milkshakes are a must have as well, they have a perfect amount ofsweetness and thickness. My favorite is the banana milkshake. Staff are friendly, attentive, and are always keeping busy in theclean establishment. Read more
These days, service usually isn't that good at most restaurants and stores. The people working when I visited were excellent -... five star customer service from the gentleman taking my order to the guys running the grill to the gentleman who handed me myorder. Love five guys, however recent visit has me thinking time for me to choose new location! Ordered burgers and fries! Fries were... very very undercooked husband took them back to counter and ask for different fries because they were undercooked employeerolled her eyes and snatched the fries gave us fresh fries that were still undercooked and full of grease!!! Not a bad burger, I love the fresh fries, and the bag fries are my favorite. We didn't finish them but there's something about... extra fries in the bag that make my teenager light up! Got there right at 5 and it was empty but by 6 there was a nice crowd.The coke soda machine with all the flavors is a hit too. It was clean casual and easy. Read more
We were looking for a quick bite to eat driving through Wichita. First we went to Walmart and read on line about Five Guys... Burgers. They didn't have a drive thru so we went in. My husband ordered the original cheeseburger and had the small burger. Youtell them what sides, if any, you want on your burger. We also ordered a large French fries to split. OMG! Since no one elseordered after us, theu gave us ALL the french fries!! The burgers were hot, fresh and good. The french fries are freshly cut andcooked in peanut oil.
