I cannot believe that I have to do this again. It is Bryon G from door dash. This is not my first time I have experienced issues... with this establishment. I used Door Dash today for some ice cream. It is not James fault. But I asked for three toppings. It isa really simple task to add THREE toppings. Instead I did not receive the toppings I wanted. They added WHIPPED CREAM (which Idid not want). How does that even happen. I don?t know what?s wrong with these workers. I honestly think that they defy the lawof intelligence. i come to freezing moo pretty often with friends and i usually enjoy the ice cream. the environment is quite nice and it?s... pretty cool that you?re able to put pictures on the wall! besides the ice cream and the aesthetic of the building, staff hasroom for improvement. i?ve been reviewing places for the past hour and after reading some of the other reviews i?d like to sharemy thoughts: i came in recently? maybe a month or so ago and it was super crowded. that?s perfectly fine and it?s definitely notthe staffs fault. however, i was met with rude staff and i can tell by some of these recent reviews that i?m definitely not theonly one who feels this way. while some of the recent reviews were pretty outlandish and over dramatic, the staff does yell atkids and has a pretty bad attitude towards customers that come in when the place is busy. you can tell a younger kid to speak upwithout an attitude it?s literally not that hard. people that stood by the plexiglass to watch ice cream we?re also met withattitude (i definitely understand why it could be a problem that they are taking up space by the ice cream) but there aren?t anysigns that tell you not to stand there so they?re not really at fault. the company always replies saying that it?s loud andstaff needs to yell, but it?s possible to yell without being rude is it not? another time i came in me and a couple friendswaited at the register for a good 5 minutes while staff was in the back chatting and left the door to the back wide open soeveryone could see them. it wasn?t crowded at all so not really sure why they didn?t notice that we were there. not really worththe expensive price for the service/food unless someone else is paying for you ???? The taste was really good. But we really upset because of the attitude of the staff at that night. We came with the whole family... including three kids. And they really want to see how the ice cream made so that I brought them close to place the staff makingicecream, they're really excited then one of the staff asked me if it's my order turn, I said not yet but I want my kids to seethe icecream making process and she said we are not allowed to come close to see, I have to take my kids away with the very rudeattitude like she wanted to command me. I was shocked and really upset, how could she talk to customers that way? And there areno lines there, I didn't take place of anybody else, why couldn't I just stay and let my kids have some joy by watching makingicecream? I didn't see any warnings that says you have to stay away until you've got called. I may have not upset if the staffexplained to me with a nicer attitude. She's so rude by raising her voice and look at me with the unfriendly eyes. She is theasian girl with glasses. She broke the mood of the family reunion that night. Read more
Staff was super friendly and helpful. The shop is really clean. And the treats were perfection. Highly recommended.
This place was an awesome new way to experience ice cream!! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The prices were good and... it was so much fun to watch!! You can not go wrong with icecream and they have a dairy free option for people with lactoseallergies or vegans. The ice cream was absolutely delicious!! Read more
This is probably the best tasting rolled ice cream in town. I have been to many creameries that offered rolled ice cream and... they can?t possibly beat this one. An Asian girl helped us out and she was very sweet and made sure her customers were welltaken care of. Love their flavors; specially the ?Strawbella? which comes with strawberries, graham crackers and Nutella. Read more
Tried this place and definitely coming back. Had the Mucho Mango (crushed mangoes and strawberries frozen with condensed milk) -... to die for! You are even given 3 additional toppings with each order. I added double mango and strawberries ???? Read more
I had the strawberry Ice cream w/ condensed milk, wafer cookies, & whipped cream it was delicious!
