I\'m guessing short staffed like most food service businesses, but an hour for a small take out order? And to have overcooked... food? The flavor was off and it just wasn\'t a pleasant experience. The only thing okay with the order was the soup. This was aMonday evening too. After chatting with other customers, this place is pretty hit or miss with their food and, likely, staysbusy due to lack of other similar options.
