This is one of my favorite places in Wichita to eat. The salsa verde pork and eggs with a mimosa is my go to order. Such a... complex set of flavors in one dish, my favorite breakfast place. The atmosphere is nice, the place has a nice clean look. Makesure to reserve your place in line before going as it can be up to and hour wait, but if you haven't tried this place out Ihighly recommend it. My only complaint is that I wish there was more variety to the menu. Read more

Visited on 8/27. Food was fabulous! My first experience with the homemade (lemon) pop tart did not disappoint. Will definitely... order again. The biscuits and gravy were also amazing. But the best part was our fabulous server. She was so kind and attentive.Even though they were super busy, she made time to visit with us and made us feel so welcome! Read more

Finally got to eat here! Snagged a single seat at the bar. Get there before 10 am or you?ll be waiting for a while. Service from... Mariam was great! Loved the fluffy biscuit & cheesy grits. Sadly, the eggs Benedict were really bland. The English muffin & hamwere good but the Hollandaise sauce had no discernible flavor. I?d order something else next time I come back. Read more

First off, don't be confused like many people. Locally sourced is not the same thing as healthy. I ordered the only thing on the... menu that didn't have sugar, bread, or potatoes. I asked them to remove the dairy (I'm lactose intolerant) , but it was therewhen served. The supposedly "twice roasted" buffalo cauliflower was ice cold which means it was made ahead, tossed in buffalosauce, then refrigerated. The butter in the buffalo sauce had solidified leaving a dry, grainy texture that stuck to my tonguein an unpleasant way. The remainder of the salad was the equivalent of a $3 bowl of field greens in a flavorless vinaigrette. Ididn't end up eating it. My husband said he liked his omelette, but he ended up covering it with ketchup which he doesn'tusually do - so take from that what you will. I had eaten here once before when they first opened and remember thinking I wasunimpressed, but wanted to see if it had gotten better. It hasn't. If you're healthy at all, just skip it. If you're used toeating processed foods and aren't discriminatory in your diet, you'll probably love it. Read more
