Our waitress Kenzie wasnt there almost the entire time. The food we got was good but we didnt get the honey mustard we asked... for, extra onions with the steak tips, or syrup for the pancakes. It wasnt the best experience. Read more
Waited at host stand for 5 minutes before knocking on the kitchen door to be seated. Floor was covered in dirt, food, and syrup.... At 5:30 on a Sunday I couldn't get a salad so as a side so I was given 4 onion rings. Employees didn't seem to care that therestaurant floor was filthy and that nothing was prepared. Read more
(I will preface this by saying this is a few months old. We have not been back!!) They sincerely need to hire a new cook!! I... have never, ever tasted such terrible food in a restaurant. My eggs were not edible, and I can eat eggs almost any such way. Iordered scrambled, so that should have been easy. The rest of the food my husband and I both had was terrible. We went for lunch today and had a late breakfast. The food was amazing, probably the cleanest ihop we had been to in a while.... Definitely the best experience I?ve had in my travels. The food was spot on! Our waitress, Annabelle, was amazing and veryattentive! We will definitely be going back. Ran into the manager on the way out and he was very approachable as well.
