The staff once very professional but personable. I was in and out very quickly. They knew it was an office order and they made... sure everything was packaged to travel. My wife bought a sandwich at the Central/Hillside location at noon. The bread was so hard she was unable to chew it. She was... able to eat the insides, but threw the bread away. We won?t be back. Read more

Saturday afternoon, only customer, don?t believe we even where greeted. Limited tables dirty. Staff except for two more... interested in filling up a fountain drink for themselves. No Thankyou upon leaving. Guess I?m used to the Worldclass customerservice that ridge road location provides. Won?t be back to this location. Read more

Normally a reliable spot. We always use this location when we get Jimmy Johns. My wife just stopped in to get sandwiches for the... entire family and not a single sandwich was made correctly. The receipt reflected what she asked for but nothing that was madewas correct. Two thumbs down. Read more

Very disappointed. Drive thru took 20 minutes with 2 cars ahead of us. Ordered 4 meals. Received 3. 2 were wrong. Went back... through the drive thru. The man was not helpful. No wearing gloves or a mask. And I was super nice and friendly. Just wanted mycorrect order. It was like I put him out!! Won?t be back. Read more

Well it's Friday afternoon I'm hungry and what do you know there's a Jimmy John's, that place I always knew about and never went... to. Sure I'll give then a shot I say as I have one of the more aggravating experiences trying to get into quarantined offdrive-through Lane. I ordered the smallest size sandwich they make, which is 8 in that's according to their worker. Thissandwich cost me over $8 and didn't even come with chips or a drink. I've never had a sandwich that looked like it needed a nap.Awful, not toasted flaccid dare I say the most Bland sandwich place I've ever eaten in my entire life I regret it with everyfiber of my being. The worker was at the very most disconnected in unengaged and at the very worst completely neglectful andirrelevant to the situation. Read more

HORRIBLE. We had placed an order for pick up at 1:00. Due to the dance competition we were at running a tad behind, we couldn?t... pick up our sandwiches until 1:45. We knew we were late and were perfectly ok with them not being as fresh. Although, I walkedin and said ?I have an order for pickup? and a lady employee (35/40 years old) just stared at me for a solid 30 seconds like Iwas unimportant to her and ridiculous. Then she threw off her gloves, yelled at an employee because she ?didn?t have time forthis?, took our sandwiches (which weren?t even being refrigerated???), rudely handed me the box and said ?are you sure these areok to eat still or? and gave me a rude look. First of all, you work here and it?s your job to know if they are still safe toeat. Secondly, you did NOT need to be rude about it just because our schedule didn?t allow for us to arrive on our scheduledtime. I really hope the lady who treated us like this sees this post because it was extremely disrespectful. I also hope that ifshe?s the manager, that she treats her employees or coworkers with more respect. A new employee training should never be told ?Idon?t have time for this? when he was unsure what to do. Also, on top of all of this, two of our sandwiches were missing things.Horrible experience. Service is terrible here. We ordered "2 slim turkey sandwiches" in the store, to go. The cashier was very distracted, we had to... say what we wanted 3 times, they got it wrong, but we couldn't tell until we got home and unwrapped them ("Slim 3" on thereceipt isn't very helpful). We called and asked them to deliver corrected sandwiches, gave receipt info to them, they said wewould have to pay the delivery fee, fine. We agreed, even though we felt they should deliver for free since it was theirmistake. They called back a few minutes later and said they wouldn't deliver. So we had to drive back and get the correctedsandwiches. They were very unhelpful when I arrived, asking if I wanted "Slim 4", but so fast I couldn't understand what theywere saying. We aren't that familiar with the menu, so I don't know what a Slim 4 is anyway. I finally had to say "just give mea turkey sandwich." They did give me the corrected sandwiches, but no apologies, no coupons, nothing. Read more
