I will say, we waited exactly 15 min for our order of 3 chicken sandwiches 1 fry 1 kid meal. When we ordered the fries he asked... if it was ok if they took 3 min to cook. Yup! The food was great though. They seemed short staffed like a lot of places now. Thestaff that was there worked well together. It's not terrible waiting a little if the food is good. We ordered food for someoneto go when we were leaving and it was ready so quick somehow. The chickens and sides were all good. That new mountain dew isgross. 9/19/22. Read more
This should no longer be classified as fast food. I ordered a famous bowel with a drink. After paying, I was informed about a 3... minute wait for popcorn chicken and was advised to pull around to the front of the building. 15 minutes later, I proceeded tothe building and was greeted at the door with my order. Every other KFC I've been to is significantly faster on service. Iwill not be going to this KFC any more. IHop is around the corner, has chicken, and is faster with marginally higherpricing. ...this is about the average time for this KFC. Tacobell, across the street, was significantly faster on service. Everyone was apparently high. The guy behind the register told us $37 for an 8 pc bucket of original and 2 drinks for dine in-... which wasn?t anywhere close to what it should have been. We gave him $40, but he did give us back the correct change so?I guessno harm was done ultimately. My mom and I wanted a bucket (to keep the flies out) but it came out in two paper trays, 4 pc pertray. Oh, and they tried to give us some extremely old and dried out extra crispy instead of what we ordered. I refused to takeit, and then magically they had fresh original chicken. The chicken was good, but the service was pretty lousy. The lobby waspretty dirty, there were several visibly annoyed drive-thru customers also waiting in the lobby for incorrect orders to befixed, and there were also people waiting to be acknowledged for an unacceptable length of time. This place is sketchy. I willalways love KFC, but I think we?ll have to go to a different location. This isn?t the first bad experience I?ve had here. Read more
Food was soggy, and we were asked if we would take original rather than extra crispy because they didn't want to cook more... fresh. When we went to leave the doors were locked...literally 5 minutes after they closed lobby. We were instructed to use adoor on another side of the restaurant than where we parked. We did get the LD on what all they had broken down and cleanedearly so they just had to mop and they would all get to leave early. Nice that procedure gets overlooked to get to leave early!Won't be back. Read more
doing doordash i went to get an order for a customer when I got there and asked about the order i was told by the manager that... it would be 30 minute's when I questioned why it was going take that long was yelled at by the manager that there were 5 peopleahead of me now mind you the order was a side of macaroni and cheese 1 biscuit and a package of honey sauce and that we hadgotten the order 10 minutes before we got to the store. when I responded what the order was and asked why it would take so longwas told to leave and they would wouldn't let the order out until another driver came to get it. 6/27/22 Ordered 8 pcs Tender Meal, Mashed Potatoes White gravy and Mac n Cheese. Received 8 what looked like nuggets NOT... tenders, mashed potatoes BROWN gravy and coleslaw. 1 car ahead of me and no cars at the time of my order behind me, afterwaiting 10 minutes for my food as they had me pull forward to wait for fresh tenders there were 3 cars behind me. Was greeted by a very nice young man who kindly explained what they didn't have available at the time and offered adequate... replacements. Drive thru was fast. Menu was straightforward and ordering was a breeze. Well packed meal with all of the extraslike butter, honest napkins and forks without asking. Everything was fresh, no hard dry meat you can tell stayed under warmertoo long. Was very happy with this KFC, the young man at the drive thru was really very well mannered, kind, and that doesn'thappen often when your at a busy turnpike exit. :) Read more
