Thieves stole 20 bucks from me. Didn't receive my order, sent a message to customer service, and never heard anything back. Save... yourself the trouble and go to Marco's, Cheezie's, Electric Pizzeria, or even Pizza Hut; they're all in the same area. Read more

Customer service is extremely slow. They do not answer there phones because they claim they are too busy. Only 3 people waiting... on food for 20+ minutes. There is enough time for the staff to wonder around. Customers have to continue to ask if order isready before the clerk even checks the stacks of pizza in the warmers. Kitchen staff seems to be upset with a lady named ?Dawn?.In the end they forgot my sauce for the cheese bread. Guess that?s the Karma I get for watching Perform their jobpoorly. 18-August Tried this place again. I was told 10-15 minutes for my order. 20 minutes later someone checks on me and thelooks for my order for 5 minutes. Central and West on a Friday was fantastic, quick, nice helpful, simple, taste great compared to most competitors. Don't go to... the Twin lakes on Amidon though. I'd rather go to Domino's... what ever happenedtothere food. God awful... Twin lakes Caesars,usually new workers, don't care the front staff and there pizza is too bready and tastes like the bad Caesers from the 90's.Don't go to 21stN and Amidon. We just ordered 4 pizzas from here. 2 of them are burnt but raw at the same time, and the other 2 looked like they had been done... for hours. Also horrible customer service on top of food that isn?t even edible. Read more
