I have eaten at this location since I moved here in 2015. I have no complaints about the food. It satisfied my hunger. ... However, the service stinks. If I was the ?Silent Partner? owner that nobody knew and witnessed what the employees were actinglike, they would be replaced immediately. Their attitude and horsing around instead of helping the customers. I am reallysurprised that this location on 21st Street N hasn?t closed due to the way the employees were acting. Like I said, the food isgreat, but the service was way below of bad. I would rate the food at 5 stars, but I have to rate the service at below 1 star. Read more
My husband had been there about a month prior at 11am and could not get them to answer the drive-thru so he and our child went... in to order and the employees complained loud enough for my husband and child to know that they were not welcome for orderingtheir food. Bringing me to today I got there shortly after 8:00 to find the gal with the headset mopping the floor. Sheacknowledged me thru the window but never informed if they were closed. I tried to order inside to find the doors locked. Thereare no hours posted on the building to inform business hours. Although google has it listed as 9pm. Needless to say thegentleman in the car behind me took our business elsewhere. Read more
Food was simply ok. They needed to change their oil, it tasted old. I wanted tartar sauce but they were out. Long John... Silvers at Pawnee and Seneca is much much better! I will go there from now on. Read more

Food was fine, cashier was an absolute ditz. Forgot virtually everything ordered. Had to make repetitive trips back to the... counter to get it right. Teamleader on staff was good, could tell she was stressed because only her and the cook was reallyworking. Cashier just had a pulse, that's why she had a job..... zombies already ate her brain. We just ordered delivery from this location and our order was messed up. Ordered green beans and got corn. All of the meals were... missing the hush puppies. We requested tartar sauce and didn't get any. Also got 2 drinks and no straws. It's really not thathard to follow instructions. Read more
Arrived right at lunch time!. Got fresh hot fish and hush puppies!. The coleslaw was good and fresh ( as always!.. )they have... the best coleslaw!. ( At least I think so).. was greeted with a welcoming smile!. The only thing I was a little unhappy aboutwas their tables, most of them were dirty, trash on them, greasy, and food was still on the tables.. Read more
