I've had more than one experience With not getting the order right. Everyone's pretty kind except one who wanted to blame me for... the wrong order! I've learned too; 1. Check order 2. Call when i get home 3. Or drive all the way back So basically it's up tothe customer to do their job!!! Read more
Super friendly staff, but extremely slow. Waited in line for *35 minutes* at 7:05pm on a Friday. While my order was ready when... I got to the window, I clocked more one order taking over 7 minutes! The order in front of me was over 5 minutes! Read more
While a fast food staple, shouldn't have to compromise on quality. Order was slow coming out and the dine in kiosk was a huge... pain in the a$$ to use (unresponsive, not intuitive or friendly). Ordered 13 cookies and every one of them was burnt. Not tomention the updated pricing on large drinks. Cheeseburgers looked like they were beaten with an ugly stick (and made wrong). Ifyou have to inspect your food before you leave might as well go to a sit down restaurant (would have cost about the same). Not ahuge fan of this McD's. But, it is what the vast majority of us have come to expect from "Fast Food". Read more
Customer service and consistency is amazing at this location, but tonight was a different story. (Consistency wise, employees... are still great) ordered around 11:30 PM and received my food a few minutes later. Got home and the nuggets were great as alwayswith this location, but my quarter pounder was a little undercooked. Didn't wanna take it back and complain simply because I'veworked fast food before and I understand there's some accidents that happen. I threw it on my stove and cooked it just a bitmore to where it was edible. Maybe the grills need looked at I'm not too sure, but everything else at the location is perfectand I will return another day. Read more
Ordered online on the app which is rarely a great experience. However, this time it went ok until I got home and realized that... they got EVERYONE ELSE'S food but mine. Oh well, at least my kids ate. Read more
The staff here is amazing. They are honest and upfront. The vet here does not have crazy high prices and they take care of your... pets. They also board pets if you need to go out of town. I would rather take the drive to Goddard and know my pets are in greathands and I?m not going to be broke leaving. Read more
