Remember the days when you made $4.25 a hour and you said welcome to McDonald's? Now the kids make $10 a hour, have a airpod in... one ear and does not need to say anything to you. The people expect you to use the nasty touchscreens that are gross with otherpeople who use them and do not wash their hands. The employees are too busy looking at a screen and listening to their music tosimply say hello. You may as well stay in your car and sit in drive through with 30 cars lined up and a hour wait. Horrible service. Every time I come in there I have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for my food. And I see 3rd party delivery drivers... waiting the same amount of time. This used to be a good store but in the past couple months it's gone down a lot. Read more
Unprofessional staff I went through drive through for a uber eats order like always. There was a teenage girl yelled at me and... my friend helping and told us to get out of the drive through and park and never brought it out to us after waiting an hour wedecided to go see how much longer it would be then she asked the name on the order she asked and she forgot all about us and thefood was cold Read more
I live up the street from this McDonalds and for as long as I've lived here this location can never seem to get my order... correct. I'm writing this after many, many, many screw ups. Either the people they hired dont give a flying rats a$$ or are justlazy and dont care or they cannot read the orders correctly. I go out of my way to avoid this specific location due to all themessed up orders I've received. I do not recommend anything from here, just go a couple streets over and actually get what youhave ordered. Read more
Ordered a 10 pcs nugget using a code thru the app, a bag off apple slices and a large tea. Could tell from the cars ahead of me... that people was having problems with the order being taken but thought since I was only ordering a few items I would ok. I waswrong. Got to the window to pay and only had a 10 pcs nugget in my order and no discount code. Girl asked for the code againof course code not valid. I said of course it?s not valid I just used it when I ordered. She did give me the apple slicesfor free out didn?t get my discount for the 10 pcs and never got my tea! Read more
This is the worst McDonald's in Wichita. No to take my order at the drive up a 5:45 am 7/28 for 10 minutes. Then I asked to... revise my in order at the window. Quite literally the best location in the city. Other stores should take notes. Never had an issue with my food here and there is... one lady at the pay window who is very friendly and polite. I wish I knew her name so I could give credit where credit is due,but she knows who she is and these are the individuals worth investing in. Read more
