Absolutely worst McDonalds on the face of the planet. There is only one worker over the last two years that wasn?t rude or... seemed like they didn't care about anything. Good luck getting anything in under 30 minutes here. Even if you pay extra forsauce they'll forget it. Im not sure her name but there is an older lady, looks like she could be the manager and she should befired. I have been consistently going to this McDonalds for years at least 3 times a month and i have maybe had one goodexperience ever here. This franchise needs to shut this down until they can hire a single person who even shows a littlehappiness and even slightly cares about their customers. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would! The lady tried to fight me at the to go window because they messed up on my order!!!. She... got so mad that I told her my order was wrong , that the manager had to end up pulling her away from the to go window becauseshe was trying to fight me about a drink! A DOLLAR DRINK and I had my kids in the car!!!! I hope the owners see this review andfix this situation because this person shouldn't be working here! Will not be back to this McDonald's! Read more
The reason I give this 3 Is because the burger wasn't cooked all the way and it wasn't put together nicely, but only reason I... gave it 3 because the Manger (Mexican lady) was very nice and went in and re did our whole meal so I gave it 3 stars because ofher being nice! Forgot to take a photo but this McDonald?s location gives out bad services and that Mexican chick that supposedly is the manager... is one rude unprofessional person and on my behalf I didn?t stutter on my order nor did they give me my receipt and made itseems like I was lying about my order or had problems with paying after it?s obvious money was not the issue. ????then tell hercoworkers to not give me my food after it?s been paid for and I finally received BOTH my receipts. On top they did a lazy JOB onprepping their food with all them employees sitting around doing nothing on clock ???? wouldn?t recommend going to this locationlike jeez for this area to be on the east side they sure wasn?t doing a good job.sorry not sorry but this is my honestexperience.they?re so quick to assume something that was their fault from the start. Do NOT order from here. Every time I order from here I get really sick within a few hours. One time it was a soda. Drank a few... sips, tasted like water from the toilet, stopped drinking it and within a few hours had a sore throat, swollen lymph nodes, andwas really sick. Yesterday I got a chocolate shake from them, figured it could?ve been a coincidence right? Woke up with a badear ache, nausea and feeling sick. I cannot believe fast food nowadays there isn't nothing fast about it. Fast food is exactly for that fast it's not a baked as... you go. its to be fast if you want to get your order made after you order it then go to a restaurant fast food is slower than asnail crawl I order some of these dollar menu items and it takes forever for the new toy out.
