Food was a lil dry (presumably not AS fresh as it COULD'VE been) Service (as in, the person taking my order and the quality of... the product I was given) was a lil rushed, not rude but DEFINITELY not special, just 'ok'. and the bathroom was a lil bitapocalyptic.....NO toilet paper; NONE. There WAS the roll left but NO tp. Pretty awful. ALSO, there was not a place to safely(imo ofc) lock up our bikes. Lastly, if there's gonna be no paper towels ,the dryer machine SHOULD work - bc there were ALSO (onaddition to no tp) no paper towels to dry hands AND the drying machine thingy was not functioning. It's not a BIG deal but it ISannoying to be trying to go eat and you can't dry your hands, so you wipe em on your pants and then your pants are damp ....???????????? Worst experience ever, cashier was very rude, inpatient with the disabled and unprofessional with her customers, we placed an... order for a group of 8 to dine in and be charged in just 1 transaction, first she charged me for 4 extra sodas, then gave me $75 dollars worth of food in 2 bags, even though I clearly said it was to dine in, 1 with fries and the other one with the food,needless to say a half of the food was missing, ( 1 Big Mac, 2 Cheeseburgers, 1 Quarter pound ). I told her the food is forhere not to go, then I have to go back and ask for my missing food, so she wasn't happy that messed up again. Food was fine, service fine, but dining hall boring decor, no plants or pictures on the wall. Just blah seating...too industrial... to feel enjoyable or peaceful eating a meal. Read more

Staff were rude, Manager told costumer to F off after costumer told her the same. He wait in drive through for 45 mins and still... had to come in because order was wrong. I waited in line for 37 mins while girl messing with a roll of paper and 4 people werewatching her. 12 people were in line, when she figured it out no rush to do anything it was crazy!!!!! Hey all you get anymoreis they are short staffed but sure glad they went to 15.00 a hour it helped the problems from before!! Read more
The employees here are really nice but they screw up my order every single time I stop by for lunch. Every single time. Without... fail. If someone orders fries well done, they will undoubtedly get soggy floppy fries. It's literally 10 extra seconds in thefryer. Figure it out. Read more
Just a truly nasty McDonald's so filthy in the lobby. The restroom wasn't clean either. This McDonald's besides the one on 13th... and West are probably the two worst ran McDonald's in Wichita. Pictures of what the lobby looked like. Read more
