Went to a birthday party in the "kids gym " area. Overall the party went fairly well, but all the electric outlets in the... entire customer area are all boxed up with a lock, or taken out completely with a metal plate over the boxes. The photographerhad forgotten to charge the battery in her camera and the staff said it was against company policy to let us use an outlet tocharge a battery for the camera, so she had to resort to phone pictures, for the special event. We could/would have easily paid$0.50-$1 to use $0.01 worth of electricity usage, but apparently upper management would rather push customers away. by makingdinning-in as uncomfortable as possible. Took granddaughter to Macdonald over on Hydraulic she ordered a 4 Piece happy meal with apple slices and a blue Fanta... frozen. The lady at the window said I ordered a coke I said know I did not She got irritated with me and I told her on myreceipt it said raspberry and that's the kind I want I noticed she threw the other one in the sink and poured the blue Fanta Itwasn't frozen we get home and she's missing French fries and she's missing her Apple license so I called Back to that McDonald'sand talk to somebody and she said the supervisor would be in on Monday after 8 PM I will never go back to that McDonald's againnot as long as that person is working she's hateful Read more
Ate inside and the help was lacking at best. Had workers walk by me non stop but no one take my order. Then with a total of... 8.60 I gave 20.60. The dude couldn't figure out the change and kept trying to give me back the 60 cents Read more

I was waiting on my order and saw a guy in a Lies Plumbing company van be extremely rude to the woman who brought him his order.... The store was busy with lunch rush. She was very calm, professional, and should be commended for the way she handled thesituation. This store has excellent employees and great service. Read more
It seems like every time I come to this specific McDonalds I get a mix of good and poor service. I don't know if the people here... are just always in a bad mood or if they've hired a bunch of kids who just really don't care. Either way it would definitely besomething I'd want to get to the bottom of if I were a mangare at a restaurant. Read more
After a long road trip, me and my friends visited this McDonald?s tonight. We were told to pull into a stall (which is fine),... where we proceeded to sit there for 15+ minutes. Our double quarter pounders had lettuce (?) and the buns tasted like they wereleft out mid-pandemic. Our patties looked and had the consistency of grandma?s burnt meatloaf and our fries were half full. Allin all I would give this a one star rating but my Diet Coke was still supreme. Read more
