This McDonald's has the slowest drive thru ever. Doesn't matter the time of day, if you order ahead or if you only order a coke... and have one car ahead of you. You'll be there for at least 20 minutes. No complaints on the food though and the employees arealways nice (never apologetic, but nice). Plus side though, it's south Broadway so the wait usually comes with some kind ofcrazy entertainment! Read more
This mcdonalds almost always gets it right. The one time they really messed up my order in the drive through (today) they... understood my frustration and actively worked to make up for it as best as they could. One of the best McDonald's I've ever beento in terms of customer service and order accuracy. Read more
Was fairly slow at getting my order out, which I ordered through the app. But the guy apologized for it when I got my food.
I ordered a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich, got a spicy one. Then the remake was spicy as well. I also had to wait quite a while... to get my food to begin with. Read more
I will never go to this McDonald's again! We ordered our food, had to wait OVER AN HOUR for them to ask me why we were still... waiting (because we didn't get all our food) they will go check. I called the store asked for them to REMAKE my entire orderbecause it was now cold as well as bring us our quarter pounder that they forgot. They argued with me in the phone for another10 minutes. Finally came and got the bag of food they did bring us to remake it. Over all it took almost 2 hours from the time Iordered to the time I got home to be able to eat with all our food. Worthless! The person taking my order seemed nice but the girl who gave me my food was rather stuck up. She didn't say hi she didn't greet... me at all then when I asked for some grape jelly she just kind of gave me a look and turned and got some grape jelly and handedit to me. She didn't say have a nice day or anything. She didn't say one word to me I found that to be really rude and of poorservice. They really need to tighten up on who they have working so closely with the public if this is how they allow theiremployees to treat the customers. I swear these people couldn't get an order right if i jumped into the window and walked them through it. Does spicy chicken... sound like mcdouble? The dude even repeated it to me as he handed it over. I suppose it's my fault for thinking the people whowork here are smart enough to know how to read and look at food to determine if they are different or the same. These employeesare proof that 7.50 minimum wage is about 2x more than what they deserve. Read more
Don't get me wrong I love McDonald's most days but don't be giving me cold chicken or dried chicken or cold burgers be iced... sometimes like dang.
