We had a great dining experience!! Our meal was made quickly and perfectly. We don?t often get to go out without the kiddo so we... were very thankful to have such a great experience. The outback near our home recently closed, and thank goodness! The service and food were always substandard and each time we... went back we thought WHY? Tonight we went to a different location and received amazing service from Emma, and others. Theboomerang flight from the bar was delightful. Great service. Salad was great. They were out of the 8 oz Sirloin so I upgraded to the 12 oz Ribeye. What I received looked... like a carne Asada thin strip. Maybe 1/2 " thick. Definitely not what I was expecting from Outback. Maybe it was the onlything they could get, but Sam's Club across the street had 1.5" thick Ribeyes to were great. Read more
Our visit this evening was very satisfying we started with a blooming onion which was awesome to say the least (main reason for... going) ???? I had the 12 Oz Ribeye cooked medium with shrimp on the barbee, mashed potatoes and seasoned rice. Pros: Our waitress was wonderful, she was very attentive and kind. They have large mugs of beer for $5. The bread was delicious,... warm and unlimited. The mixed vegetables and seasoned rice were tasty. They also have the best mac and cheese. Cons: Mydaughter's chicken was under cooked, some was pink and the batter was raw in one of the chicken tenders. They did take this offour ticket, which was good. The manager did not come to our table and apologize, which was very unprofessional. My husband gotshrimp and some of it was cold, he also didn't get his salad with his meal. Overall: For the price I expected it to be a lotbetter than it was. We had a terrible experience here a few years ago and decided to give them another chance and see if it wasbetter but that didn't work out. There are quite a few other place out there within the same price range that your money wouldprobably be better spent. It wasn't horrible but wasn't amazing either. Tonight's visit at outback on ridge: we've had better food and service here. I got their special, sugar steak with salad, no... croutons and loaded mashed potatoes. No croutons due to gluten allergy, but my salad arrived and my first bite had crouton dust.The flavor of the steak was unique and delicious. The mashed potatoes were actually cold. My husband ordered the ribeye withsweet potato and seasonal veggie. The sweet potato was about half the size they were before but that could be the nature ofthings today. The broccoli was warm and butter melted in them but they should have been hotter. He had to ask for a refill ofhis drink.The waitress may have been really busy but we only saw her at four tables ours included. She pretty much disappearedthroughout our meal and was not attentive or personable. Read more

Kevin was our server and he was fabulous. We come in once a month and we always request him. Everything is always perfect,... everything is on time. He makes my drink perfect. Hell what can I say he walks on water. I was a server for many years and it?snice to have someone pleasant, attentive, and professional while also being genuine.
