Papa Johns is OK. This location sucks and some have false advertising, but try your luck, as some locations are worth it.

I'm very, very sad. We've eaten at this Papa John's as our conference dinner every year for years. This is the first time we've... had so many problems. They told us someone had tried to steal their AC unit which messed up their walk-in fridge. That explainedwhy there was no ice. Water was only available from the bathroom. So... we just ordered a luke-warm 2-liter of Pepsi and pouredit into cups. (no lids or straws available). The visit, unfortunately, got worse. I ordered a pizza and breadsticks for myfamily. Since I couldn't eat the pizza because of allergies, I ordered boneless chicken wings. The pizza and breadsticks arrivedbut they'd forgotten my boneless wings. They comped us a free dessert which was nice. When my chicken arrived, I asked for afork. They said they don't have any silverware at all. I'm not sure how anyone could eat boneless wings covered in BBQ sauce. I couldn't. By then I had to get back to my booth at the convention so I left with no supper. My family finished up their foodand brought mine to the hotel. I got a fork from the hotel and went upstairs to eat. It wasn't boneless wings. It was bone-inand they were terrible. Ordered online and it auto sent my order to this location (not even remotely close to my house), store manager called and let me... know they got my order but it was sent to the wrong papa johns location. He cancelled my order and issued a return. Decided toreorder via phone for my location and it routed my call to a call center where I proceeded to placed my order and once again myorder got incorrectly sent to this location. Store manager cancelled my order once again and issued a return. He was very kindand I appreciated his help in resolving this issue. Kudos to this manager and team at this location. Corporate?. Just ordered bread sticks and the new stuffed crust pizza tonight... Bread sticks were a total waste of money, I ate one and... threw the rest away. The pizza was alright, was expecting better quality overall but it wasn't terrible. Probably won't order itagain from this pizza place And my biggest complaint is that none of the employees were wearing masks correctly or AT ALL.(Note that at this time the city is under a mask mandate) When I walked in the first guy who took my money and handed me myfood wasn't wearing a mask at all, the other guy that was making the pizzas was wearing his under his nose and the girl therewas also wearing hers under her nose.
