The pizza was to be ready in 15-20 minutes. When I arrived after nearly 20 minutes they had just put the pizza in the oven. When... it did come out 15 minutes later they would not give me any discount for my inconvenience. When I got home I saw that the pizzawas dry and the crust burnt black. I will NEVER go back to this Papa John?s again and will just go back to using Pizza Hut. I?vehad Papa John?s before and was REALLY, REALLY disappointed. The quality seal was a farce. Read more

I ordered a Philly cheese steak papadilla, a medium cheese pizza and some cheese sticks.. everything but the cheese sticks was... burned to where the all the dough was as brittle and hard as a cracker.
