The pizza was to be ready in 15-20 minutes. When I arrived after nearly 20 minutes they had just put the pizza in the oven. When... it did come out 15 minutes later they would not give me any discount for my inconvenience. When I got home I saw that the pizzawas dry and the crust burnt black. I will NEVER go back to this Papa John?s again and will just go back to using Pizza Hut. I?vehad Papa John?s before and was REALLY, REALLY disappointed. The quality seal was a farce. Read more
I stood there trying to order a pizza this afternoon and they girl just glared at me and refused to help me. I smiled and said... hi and she looked at me in the eye and just kept folding boxes. I love papa John's pizza but customer service is so awfuleverytime. Read more
I ordered a Philly cheese steak papadilla, a medium cheese pizza and some cheese sticks.. everything but the cheese sticks was... burned to where the all the dough was as brittle and hard as a cracker. I will not order from here again unless I am refundedfor the lack of attention to detail by the staff at this particular papa johns. Read more

My order didn't go through and they were about to close but these guys went ahead and made my food anyways. I didn't get any... kind of attitude or sent away, even though I'm sure they were trying to clean up and go home. Food was great too. Read more
12/14/2021 1:50 pm. The young man in here today is AWESOME! He was by himself and on top of everything. My pizza came out... perfect and he even walked it out to my truck. I didn't think to ask his name. I'm sure his bosses can see who it was. Thisyoung man is on point and deserves a raise! He reps for your company! Read more
The last 4-5 times we ordered delivery from this papa johns, they have forgotten something. They offer a free pizza to make up... for it but when you wanted a drink with supper ... it's frustrating. Read more
Ordered a pizza to pick up after work. 3 hrs before I got off. Was looking forward to some pizza. Got there hungry after work no... pizza they denied taking the order. Charged my card no pizza. Needless to say never again. Read more
