Customer service is lacking- It was fine if you don't mind being rushed and feeling like you are a bother by asking a question.... The people making the pizza were fast. Got a family size thin crust pizza today had already eaten 2 slices when on the bottom side of the crust there were several long... black hairs in the crust. Very disgusting. Have not eaten here for awhile Now don?t plan on coming back.I just scrolled down andsomeone else reported seeing employees with long hair and NO hairnets. Papa Murphy's is a great place to order fresh made pizzas that you can take home and bake yourself. Their family sized pizzas... are huge and their specials are usually really affordable. Their sides are also very good, especially the cheese bread andcinnamon wheel. Read more

21st and Maize location. Go somewhere else I think they are really cutting costs. I think its because of the pandemic. I got... an extra large new yorker with half the cheese. Not sure it was an extra large and it certainly didn't have the cheese it hashas for the last 6 months at least. I called to voice my concern and what i got was "sometimes there just that way". REALLY? Ialso contacted corporate and never received an answer. Got an online answer though through facebook but it was to do what Ihave already done. I would certainly avoid this location your better off getting a jacks frozen pizza or some other frozenpizza and dressing it up yourself and i'll bet they might even taste better. They were ok for a while but they really need toget rid of all the managers. People are only as good as the owner or the manager you be the judge. Read more

My second time here , late evening both times on the weekend and I must say the crew was amazing. The guys were very helpful in... explaining the different crust and even gave me their personal recommendation which was outstanding. The pizza looked like awork of art the staff was great so if your looking pizza stop here you won't be disappointed. Read more

Normally we order from the location near WSU so I'm not sure if this location is better or they just put the toppings on the top... layer of the stuffed pizza all the way to the edge because I watched them make it, but I love it. In the future I'll plan oncoming to this location AND watching them make it so this keeps happening. Read more
