We use to order from here at least once a week but got tired of paying for extra ingredients and not getting them, also I have... been trying for OVER a MONTH to order wings just to be told the were out of both kinds but told me which store had them but saidthey couldn't deliver and I would have to pick them up. Worst pizza hut hands down . we ordered 50 in food pastas was burnt to a crisp . forgot our cinnabons and gave us the wrong... pizza .. Complete joke.. if you wish to order your food from a foreign country and have them translate your order then by all means order... from this location. Just make sure you order before 9 otherwise you won?t be eating any pizza. Honestly if you want dinner foryour family go ahead and cook because you will not receive food if you order from this place. Put in an order for a pizza delivery and it?s been over an hour and was never delivered. Tried calling the store number that is... listed and it said they were closed. We had missing items and incorrect items. It took over 40 minutes to get ahold of anyone at the store. I finally had to order... again online the things we were missing/incorrect in hopes I could speak with the driver about it. There is only one way to getahold of anyone, and noone was answering for almost an hour. Would not order from here. Domino's considers customer service animportant part of the process, so use them instead! Read more
Pizza Hut is back! We got the stuffed crust special today. Easy quick order online when we were a few blocks from the store... location. By the time I got gas for the car and stopped at this location the pizza was ready! The guy working there I think hewas running the entire restaurant by himself, cooking and taking orders and greeting customers. He was AWESOME super friendlyand wow just impressed with the great service w/ a smile. The pizza tasted great!! But also just really impressed w/ thegentleman that we got the pizza from. Thank you! 3 different times that I have placed a order I never received my food. The first time it happened I talked to a manager and got... a refund the next day the second time was online and got the charge disputed from my card and this time I placed a order overthe phone (almost 3 hours from closing time) and the order never arrived. Ordered pizza last week, ugliest worst made pizza I?ve ever seen. Reached out to Pizza Hut corporate and was given a free pizza... coupon. Used that coupon today, delivery in the early afternoon took almost an hour and a half and is cold. I don?t even wantanother coupon dude I want my money back.
