Remember the episode of The Office when Michael orders pizza from ?Alfredos? and all of the workers are wondering if he meant... Pizza by Alfredo or Alfredo?s Pizza Café? Everyone is hoping it was not pizza by Alfredo because it is the worst pizzaimaginable. Unpalatable. Bad enough that it is not worth eating. It completely defies the saying ?even bad pizza is still goodpizza.? it turns out he did order pizza by Alfredo, and the employees refused to eat it because it was so vulgar. Well, thepizza I had from this location makes pizza by Alfredo look like it was made at a five star restaurant owned by Mario Batalihimself. Today we came for lunch, 12:20 and NO ONE even came to the front. I yelled Hello and still no one. No Buffet, no staff nothing!!... Entire north side of the building parking was completely full. Would give 0 stars if it was an Option. Read more
This Pizza Hut location is a disaster. I?ve been there a couple of times in the past and decided to never go there again due to... their customer service, their delivery times, and the food. Well, after a couple of years of not ordering food from thisparticular location tonight, unfortunately, I had to order food from them because of the hotel location I?m staying at. Homewoodsuites is in the location range of this particular Pizza Hut (I tried to call Webb and also central Pizza Hut, but they sent meto this Pizza Hut because it?s in their location.) I ordered over the phone for delivery. The lady that took my order didn?t askany questions as to what size of soda I wanted, what crust I want (hand tossed, original, stuffed etc) or what size I wanted mypizza. She was quick to get me off the phone and didn?t even tell me the total of my order. She told me that it would take 30mins. I waited over an hour to receive my pizza and when I got my sierrra mist it was a 20 oz and not a 2L as I specified, thecheese pizza looked old and the bottom crust was hard, the supreme pizza was oddly cut and the breadstick were hard. All fooddidn?t taste great, but I had 4 kids hungry & ready to eat. Customer service here and the way they prepare/make food gets 0stars. I wouldn?t recommend this location. Read more
I?m adding this here after almost crying in heart break cuz this location used to be THE pizza spot in town. Even the local mom... and pop places had a hard time coming close. I?ve ordered so much from them for myself and family and coworkers that I?ve gottenprobably 50 of their feee rewards pizzas. But we won?t be ordering from Pizza Hut again for a very, very long time, if ever.Not this location, and not others. Anyone reading this, if I can?t stop you from using Pizza Hut, I implore you to not use thisone at least. We had one night, we ordered three pizzas. One was supposed to come with extra sauce, and instead it has so littlesauce on it you couldn?t even peal the cheese off the crust. Only one piece had enough for that. I complained to Pizza HutTwitter, cuz that is just awful and needs to be address. They handled it well, corporate is nice still. But then, came back foranother pizza about a week ago, and no cheese. And by no cheese I mean a large pizza had maybe half a handful of cheese on it.Again, nasty. But it was a super busy weekend night, figured let?s give them the benefit of the doubt. Ordered again today. Thepictures attached to this were the result. Pizza so under some you can still taste the raw dough. That piece I flipped over?It?s to show how the crust on the bottom is only brown cuz of the grease, not due to cooking. This is almost worst than thesauceless pizza, and that was awful. Anyone who thinks maybe I?m a bad tipper, or they don?t like me for some reason? Nope. Too20% minimum on deliveries. And when we get our free pizzas, we always still tip 5 bucks, even when picking up. Easiest tip tomake ever. Not anymore. Screw this location. And sadly, screw Pizza Hut in general now. Read more
I had a particularly bad experience there 2 weeks ago and posted a negative review, but was pleasantly surprised by Pizza Hut's... response. District Manager John S. got in touch with me promptly, got all issues fixed and invited me back for a free visit. Icame in for the buffet today, and it was great. They got new glasses, fresh stuff on the salad bar, great breadsticks and pizza,and waiters who don't forget about their customers. Let's hope it stays this way! Read more
Horrible service. First off couldn't understand the girl working the phone at 1 pm today, she didn't know pricing & then she... sent a pizza out to my address anyway when I said I'll try somewhere else. I tipped the driver $5 for the trouble of wasting histime but was astonished to see him after I'm already munching on my mediocre papa Johns pizza. You definitely need a betterphone connection or for your worker to speak clearly into the phone & not on speaker phone. She was rude and uninformed. Read more
Food is good and always comes out hot but service is questionable as I had to wait inside for a long time and try to call a... staff member to come out because no one was at the front. They were still nice for the most part. Read more
