Waited over 30 minutes just to place our order in the drive thru, as the lobby was closed. Mind you, there were only maybe 6... cars in line. Finally get our food, check it for accuracy, and the order is wrong! At this point, I request a refund. After along exchange, I finally receive a refund. The careless attitude/mindset of the manager set the tone for the rest of the staff.Might be why it was 3 p.m. and staff was just showing up! I would not waist your time or money on this Popeyes. It's Popeyes so you unfortunately know some of the employees are going to be rude but still deliver piping hot food that slaps... hard. This location did not get any of my orders wrong for the most part. My biggest issue is the location not having enoughstaff and having to wait in the drive thru for about an hour to finally order something. They also quickly run out of supplieswhich should be fixed if they want the customers to keep ordering some good chicken. Read more
I love Popeyes chicken! I usually get their 2 piece dinner combo with 2 breasts. Then I order a large mashed potatoes and a... large coleslaw and a large mac and cheese. That gives me two meals. Sometimes I order there chicken sandwich which is very good. Read more
Love the food, it's always good from this location but we got here at 8:30 and it looked closed. It was dark! They don't close... until 9 normally. We're third shifters and already have limited places to eat. Got up a little earlier and still had to eat aburger. Read more
Placed an on line order today and wow the biscuits were amazing! However when we finally made it to the pick up window due to... the lobby being "closed". it went down hill. They couldn't find our order the food was cold and portions of our family meal weresmall. Still wondering why some families were allowed into the lobby and why we continue to go there?! Read more
Used the drive thru. Lines are always long. Expect 30 wait time. Food is good. The frozen strawberry lemonade was really good.... It's sweet, but not overly. I come, every couple of weeks for the large potatoes with extra gravy. My husband got the chickensandwich. It was a large piece of chicken. He said it was really good, as well. Read more
This location handled my mobile order well, even throwing in a couple extra sauces. Chicken strips were fresh and hot and... crispy, but they really shorted the mashed potatoes on the gravy. I know I'm late to the party, but I finally got the chance to get a chicken sandwich from Popeyes & it was one of the best! We... had to hit the Popeyes on Rock rd because the Popeyes on the West side is always sold out of everything. Usually the businesseson the West side of town are better than their East side stores...except for Popeyes. Read more
