Waited 10 minutes to be sat, sat for 10 minutes before server Courtney came to ask what we wanted to drink. We said we were... ready to order our food and she got a huge attitude saying “well normally I like to get peoples drinks going first then comeback later for the food.” We we’re her only table. The restroom was extremely dirty and every toilet was disgusting. Rightas we went to leave water started pouring from the ceiling to which Courtney replied, “ Oh that’s just where our AC is.” Read more
????????????????WARNING? ???????????????? I've been looking forward to the rock lobster dinner all week. Almost a $40 meal. Up... until today it's always been worth it it's my favorite meal. But when I ordered the rock lobster dinner today everything wasfine except for the lobster it was stale and rubbery as if it had been sitting around for a while and overcooked. Everybody elseenjoyed their meal I ate everything except the lobster. It was like one small bite took you 30 minutes to chew. I am sodisappointed. The total meal was over $100. They need to revise the kitchen also maybe some extra training might do and freshfood to where it hasn't been sitting so long that it's rubbery as you know any Seafood will get if it sits for too long thiswasn't fresh I am so so disappointed. Nice place for large groups,or intimate dinners bring your kids very kid friendly staff very nice and helpful very very good... food everything fresh it's a little costly though don't can't get carried away. But it's well worth it.The steaks arefantastic,lobster,crab,fresh fish of course. Worth the trip. Also handicap accessible. Read more
Good service. The crab legs were fair. The Lobster was small. But all was tasty. The restrooms were not very clean.
I always order my favorite dish, the bar harbor, from Red Lobster on the east side and have enjoyed it every time but not this... order. Whoever cooked this dish did a poor job. The seafood did not taste fresh, it was over cooked and the flavor tasted off. Idon't recommend Red Lobster on the west side. Read more

The biscuits were kinda dry. The wait wasn’t too bad. Food was good and service was great!! Miranda was our bartender and... she’s awesome!!
