Whoever answers the phone is extremely rude. Their taco pizza is disgusting. Will never order from them again. Waste of... money. Reply to your reply to my review. When I first called to ask about my order, all I got is "what about it." Realprofessional. When a description about a pizza is given especially a taco pizza one would think the toppings you say come withthe pizza is an addition to the lettuce, tomato, and the others that normally come with it. I was not rude till your managerbecame rude to me and used a condescending tone with me. (after all even another store I called said the macarthur store hasissues and needa to be addressed.) The taco pizza was gross, pepperoni pizza was excellent, no issues with them at all. I askedher if I could bring the pizza back and get a different pizza or a refund.....maybe you should actually believe your customerswho spend almost $50.00 on pizza and customers that actually go in there at least once a week. First time here...easy order at the counter and got my very good and perfectly cooked pizza in under 15 minutes. The entire... pizza of pepperoni and Italian sausage weighed around 2.5 lbs and it wasn't skimped on the toppings which run $2.49 for eachadditional. The two employees were friendly and prompt and the restaurant looked very clean inside the lobby area and lookingin the prep area I couldn't see anything resembling a mess or filth. I did go on a Saturday around 4:30 when they were prettydead for a reference. The flavor was a standard well made pizza. The cheese is what stood out most to me. Lots of it andthick. The pepperoni and Italian sausage tasted like a standard pizza as did the crust. Overall good pizza and good pricearound $13.60 after tax for two topping large. I'm laying of this place. the toppings taste old. It was good when the red haired one with glasses worked. Also the one with... dark short hair. The new help is real bad. The quality suffered. The prices jumped 25 percent. Specials from 20 bucks to 25bucks after tax. Inflation only raised to 9 percent. Read more
They made our pizza incorrectly, charged us extra for ingredients ($2.49 FOR ONE XTRA TOPPING!!!) which we didn't receive, and... then refused to fix the problem. The woman on the phone was extremely hostile and unsympathetic. We had to make 3 trips to thestore because our pizza wasn't done the 1st time (after 45 -60 minutes.) And they refused to fix it unless we made a 4th trip toreturn the incorrectly made pizza! Apparently they would rather lose business than fix our $17.00 pizza. Wow, what a response to a customer concern about cleanliness. A customer named Charity S. provided feedback and the owners... response was ?stay cheesy?? Are you kidding me? I was excited about trying this place, but will definitely take my businesselsewhere due to none other than that single irresponsible and childish response. Ugh.. that makes me sick. RESPONSE: I clearlystated I have not visited the store. I did not review anything I didn?t see with my own eyes. I noticed your careless responseto a customers concern, and again, that?s all I need to take my business elsewhere. Why would I support a business ran bysomeone who only cares about positive ratings, but not the feedback they can learn from? I know, I wouldn?t. Btw, I don?t knowif you noticed, but I have a starry badge next to my name because I?m a Google Local Guide, Level 10, which is as high as onecan go on the Google Local Guide spectrum. You may want to take those concerns seriously, bc my review will forever remain atthe top, as it takes a long time and a lot of reviews to reach Level 10, so until another Level 10 comes along (only a few inthe state and I?m one of them), my response will remain. Alternatively, you can make it right with the customer who providedthat original feedback, then I?ll remove my constructive feedback (not negative, just want to help).
