As a several times per week Sonic customer, I am a bit disappointed with this Sonic. It is consistently slower than other... nearby Sonics. It shouldn't take 12+ minutes to get a mobile drink order out off-peak, but this is happening more often thannot. At least they had Bursting Bubbles. Read more

Staff didn?t know what was on 1/4lb burger. Asked to add to coney dog and they did not add what was requested. The Two burgers... were old and cold, cheese didn?t even melt, very dry. Handed food to us with the burgers on top of the coney and squished thecheese all over the top of the package. Did not give us a reciept. Not real impressed with this Sonic. Read more

Normally this location has good days but the last few times where I've ordered through the app I've experienced long wait times.... the last time I was there all I ordered was a drink and for some reason my order was bumped off the screen. It wasn't until oneof the carhops thought I was waiting for a different order until I explained to her what mine was. Total wait time was about 15mintues for one drink and the drink was disappointing. Read more

The thing that really annoys me is that there are 20 or so stalls but only two are ever open and the rest are always coned off.... It?s been like this for over a year. I don?t know whether they need new management to retain people, if they have enough peoplebut they aren?t competent enough to work more than one stall or what but it needs to be resolved because it?s super annoying togo to sonic ?drive-in? And not be able to drive in. Surely they are able to have enough people there to work because every othersonic in our area doesn?t seem to have this problem. Read more

The reason people normally use restaurant apps is for quicker service. The process at 135th and Maple sucks. 1. Order food on... the app. 2. Drive to the location and get in line with all the other customers in the drive through lane. 3. Tell them throughthe speaker you ordered in the app. 4. Continue to wait in line until you get to the window. 5. Grab your cold food andleave. They have cones in all of the stalls. Why not leave at least one stall open for app purchases?? Once you?ve paid in theapp you are stuck getting cold food or losing your money. DON?T DO IT! This is the only location in the area I?ve noticed thisbeing a problem. Read more

wont be back. Orderd a number 1 and it was slathered with Mayo and the burger was cold. The tots were cold. Nothing is ever... hot off the grill at this location. The last 2 times my experience has been brutal. Yes, its fast food but they should be ableto do better. Read more

Everytime I come to this store there are no spaces open all are blocked off. Drive thur is the only thing open. I use your app... and always end up spending 10 to 15 minutes just to pick up drinks because I am waiting in drive thur. Read more

Ordered 3 large jumbo popcorn chicken. Only asked for BBQ. Staff was not competent enough to put 1 BBQ, ended up with 10 ranch... and no bbq. Called and asked to deliver, (I can see sonic from front door). No help. Won't visit again. Terrible service. Read more
