I was going through the drive through and I was served a hamburger that smelled so bad it had me sniffing my own clothes, I took... it back and asked the drive through worker to smell the burger and she refused. They make the best Fanta Orange Cream slush ever. Our 2 and 4 year old grandson's have grown very fond of them too.
Horrible service. I went tonight to get a large chocolate shake. There was one other person in a stall and 2 people in the drive... thru. I ordered and 10 minutes later, still no shake. I was tired and decided to skip it so I pressed the red button, to tellthem to cancel my order,, and the gal who answered said "One second..." and I sat waiting for a minute before I just left. Igot home and tried to call to let the manager know what happened and the phone number that's on Google must be the fax machine,because, after 5 rings, the fax machine picked up. I am very frustrated with this location, due to other problems in the past,and feel like something needs to be done before they get my business again. Read more
Sitting here now and the lady inside yelled through speaker, scared me so bad that I jumped. She could not get my order right,... wanted to rush me and continued to yell throughout my order even after I asked her to lower voice. I come here alot and havenever had this happen before. Between this sonic and the on 21st and Grove. They are competing for the world's worst sonic. I just got drinks and they were... horrible. My limeade wasn't right. My daughters slush tasted watery. I have 2 major complaints. The 1st it seems like everytime I go their, I never get fresh food. The last 2 times I've gone their... for lunch I was late getting back to work due to remaking my order. The 2nd is. Your old-fashioned Rootbeer floats? You can notorder them. They are not on the outside menu or online app. It would be nice to order a float from time to time. Thank You Read more
I received my order hot and fresh by a friendly car hop and did not have a long wait.
