Never had any problems they get my order right always and my daughter loves the grill cheeses
The food was freshly delivered to my car. The burgers were slightly dry but otherwise tasty.
Food is never on time slow service they don't start delivery orders until you show up and if your food gets stacked onto another... order its showing up cold. This place has horrible management and terrible service they will waste your time. Read more
This has to be one of the most overpriced fast food places in Wichita, not to mention their pricing Makes absolutely no sense.... The prices are so high. Even the employees say they're embarrassed to give the totals when ringing up the customer. Dependingon which value meal you get, you'll pay differently for the fries and drink when you break down the pricing... There'sabsolutely no consistency. When the burger is $4.49 or whatever, and the meal is $9.99 so I'm paying $5.51 for the small drinkand small fry.. That's crazy.. And when I chose the medium drink and fries it jacked it up to almost $13.. And if you break downthe pricing for each individual item, it is actually cheaper to buy them separately than in a value pack. So there is no valuein the value pack. Now I heard the advertisement recently or they're paying all their employees $12 an hour starting. So I guessthat's why I'm paying $13 for an ok burger, mediocre fries and a drink. Read more
The hamburgers were over cooked had not flavor fries were great but that's not enough to bring me back the people working... there were very nice. I had the #3 double thought I got the wrong order but after opening open there 2 patties real thin. Read more
Was my first experience at Spangles. So pleased we ate there twice during our visit to McConnell Air Force Base.
Service was good. The French fries were good. The banana shake is imitation flavored. The burger was okay. The onion rings were... an oily soggy mess. Not crispy at all. We went because of the nostalgia as we hadn't frequented a fast food restaurant in ages.I loved the atmosphere and the 50s theme of the place. This food experience just reminds us why we are choosing to eat higherquality meals cooked at home. Read more
