Went to order through the kiosk and they started screaming over the intercom about something. It was equivalent to having... someone yell through a megaphone inches from your face. Can't comment on the food but excellent spot to stop by for some quickhearing damage! Read more

Just left this location, the young lady making my food was very polite but unfortunetly the elderly woman ringing me up was... extremely rude i guess she was upset that i ordered double steak (even though they were promoting it.) She then startedcomplaing about how she was gonna have to refill the steak again and when she gave me my food she smashed it in the sack andpretty much threw it at me. Told the young lady i apologize about ordering extra steak and that she has to work with that lady. Read more

Don?t bother eating at this location if you can help it. I usually don?t even care about messed up orders but they?ve... consistently messed mine up and have made some pretty gross sandwiches. Like it says what I want on the order ticket man, I?vedone jobs like this, it?s not hard. Go eat at jimmy johns or something. Read more

I went there to pick up and online order in the store that was due at 3:50. I arrived at 3:55 and it was still not done. I work... with food so I understand being busy and not being done but these employees were no where near the counter making food. Whenthey finally got behind the counter I stood there for two minutes and they didn't even acknowledge me being there. So I finallysaid I had a pick up order I looked on the counter and there was like four others there and they weren't working on them. Whenthey finally started working on them it took them over 10 minutes to make two sandwiches. The messed mine up I just wanted toadd cheese with extra pickles and less onions and my girls was just no pickles. Instead hers was right but mine was no cheese,extra onion, and a huge amount of lettuce. I will not being coming to this location again. The employees working should not beleft in a store without a manger cause they are to busy flirting with each other to do a adequate job. Read more

This was honestly one of the worst experiences I?ve ever had at a restaurant. We ordered in the drive thru and then had to wait... over 10 minutes for the employee to even come take our payment at the window (there was no other customers there). We got homewith the order and it was completely wrong, we then called and told the lady about our order and she said come back and she?dfix it. Once we went back we had to wait again for her to make the order and watched as she perceived to get the order wrongagain and when we made her aware that it was wrong again she perceived to throw the sandwich and started over. Finally afterhaving to deal with her attitude, she finally got our order right, but still failed to apologize or offer a refund. Definitelywould not recommend. Read more
