Normally I have a really great experience here but tonight was different. I went in & ordered. There was a new girl being... trained by another lady. The new girl was doing great & obviously trying her best. The person training her was completely rudeto her & then we ended up with the wrong order because the person training her messed it up. When we brought it back sheproceeded to blame it on the new girl when it was very obvious to us it wasn't her fault. Shame on the person training her. Read more
I would rate a zero if I could. Today I went here to pick up my on line order. I ordered a 6" spicy Italian and a footlong spicy... Italian. When I got home there was two 6" spicy Italians. I called this location and the employee told me he can't do anythingabout it with the manager not being there and I would need to give him my name and number so the manager can call me. Itsalready been an hour and I never got a call back. My sandwich was also horrible. They drenched my sandwich with mayo and Ididn't ask for alot of mayo. So I'm in a hurry going to church, and went through the drive thru and went through the whole process of making your own... sandwich. And the sandwiches are all plain I didn't get anything on them that id ordered. And then so I called to see if I couldbe accommodated and in the process of speaking to the manager she said sorry about the mistake didn't help me out and just hungup on me. Used to be a favorite lunch spot of mine. The app quit working (not the locations fault) and I got attitude from the drive thru... worker who asked me, "Do you have a problem?!" when she handed me a single, ripping bag overflowing with two people's foot longsandwiches, chips, cookies and napkins.
