I keep trying, and I guess that's my fault. Do not order from this one via their app. It's never right, even though I look and... confirm that what I ordered was WHAT I WANTED! This time it was the use of bread with cheese on it. We are a vegan home due toAlpha Gal Syndrome in my husband. No meat and no dairy! So I make sure to order accordingly. Veggie sandwiches, no dressings, nocheese, on Italian or multi grain bread. The types of veggies and breads are different for each (3) sandwich but EVERY time werecieve different breads and ALL veggies on each sub. Pretty lazy IMO. I'm not so mad when all veggies are on each sub, as wecan pick what we dont want off. We cannot, however, pick off cheese from the breads, as it's baked on. If you run out ofItalian, please sub multigrain bread, since I didn't order any cheese on the sandwichs to begin with. We walk, and have very fewoptions around here to begin with, so this is starting to get beyond frustrating. I cannot provide feedback in the app, so maybethis will be seen and better attention will be paid to online orders. We haven't had cheese for going on 3 years now. I lovecheese, but consuming it will land me in the hospital at this point and could very well kill my husband. We aren't vegan due toanything but circumstances. What I order is what I want and I don't feel that's too much to request. We don't try to causeissues and just want what we requested, like we would get if we just went in there to order. We would order in store every time,but some of your deals are only available via the Subway app. Read more

2 days in row I get amazing service! I changed from one star to 5 stars after this amazing visit
So I ordered 3 sandwiches tonight. 2 were made correctly, but the one that was the reason we ordered in the first place was... completely wrong. So I called to inform the store so that my sandwich was wrong and that I would like the sandwich I paid for. I ordered extra olives and brown mustard and there was neither. The cashier Kaylee said she made the sandwich right accordingto the receipt, which was false. So I went back up to the store to show her my receipt. I showed her and she said she made thesandwich right, and she first offered to give me a side of olives which is unacceptable. And i told her she didn't put theright mustard or any olives on my order. She then argued with me the entire time while she remade my sandwich and was veryrude, I am very disappointed with the level of customer service Kaylee displayed and I will not be using this store again. As amanger of a restaurant I would never allow this type of behavior from my staff!!! Read more
