So tonight I was ?that person? who placed an order 30 minutes before the store closed. To preface I?ve been sick for multiple... days and woke up starving and the only thing that sounded good was Taco Bell. May I say that these people were so nice and sokind even though I know, they probably had already started their clean up for the night, and I know my order me a it?s but theymade me feel like it was no big deal. Not only that my food was so amazing and was exactly what I wanted. And I?m not sure ifthey saw me sniffling in the car from being sick but I did see them throw a couple extra napkins in the bag and it?s thoselittle things. That really made a huge difference. I can honestly say I haven?t had good customer service like this in a verylong time so thank you Taco Bell crew for making this a girl feel just a little bit better! Read more

Never going back to this location. Wait times are always incredibly long. Last straw was when I ordered a freeze and a potato... taco. Freeze had to be replaced with an iced coffee because the machine was down, nbd. But by the time I was handed the coffee,half the ice had melted, so it was incredibly watered down. The taco I ordered was cold when I got it. Not room temp. Cold, likethey'd just pulled it from the fridge. I ended up having to microwave it at home. Each time I go there the drive thru lady is rude and seems to hate her job. Went inside one morning at 1045 was told breakfast... had stopped but sign said 11 so got breakfast anyway but it took til after 11 and the whole time you hear workers complainingabout how they weren't trained for breakfast. Ordered grilled burritos and they weren't grilled. It is literally in the menutitle. They seem to get the food wrong all the time but when they fix it it is hot and good. This is the worst taco bell in town always have to wait and my order is always missing something. They also just throw your food... together my whole inside of my taco was all over my box. Always have problems with this location. Read more
