Their website is outdated, their hours on Google are incorrect. They don't offer dine-in despite what it says online. Nowhere... on the building does it say "Drive through only" I went to Braums across the street instead. Read more
I?m not sure if this is a franchise or a corporate location, however, my family is a part of Yum brands and the store is very... much a disappointment lately. I understand staffing is very difficult right now as I am in plenty of restaurants myself everyday of the week. That being said it is completely unacceptable when one pulls up to the drive-through at 11 o?clock at night(when they?re supposed to be open until midnight) and some young kid tells me I?m sorry ?we?re only taking mobile orders? it?sjust two people in here?. For starters I was the only car in the drive-through and there were no other orders or no other cars.So I pull over and I?m polite and I place my mobile order, they proceed to cancel it. I was blown away! As a franchise familymember and a part of the yum family this is just sad sad sad. Never coming back again, what?s more sad is no one cares aboutthat. Went through the drive through and told us they could only order online so we went through the online order process o my to find... that they were not on the list of stores available for online ordering. Had to drive 30 minutes extra just to get to anotherTaco Bell. Very disappointing. Read more
Says open at 8am but no one was at the drive thru and the doors were locked at 9:30am. If you aren?t open during your normal... hours, please at least post a sign on the drive thru or something. I just wanted a breakfast crunch wrap. Read more
Had a rough day and wanted some taco bell since it's my comfort food. I placed a mobile order and showed up at 10:30, as it says... they close at 12 am. They were closed! This has happened multiple times, and it always really sucks. I understand needing toclose early, I just wish that they would turn off mobile orders and put a sign up or something. Read more
Ordered three crunchy Taco Supremes. Paid for three crunchy Taco Supremes. Was given three regular tacos. Discovered after I... went home and took my first bite. They were closed after I got home, and no receipt in the bag. Normally my go to guiltypleasure. Or when there's nothing else open. Very disappointed. Read more
Ordered through the mobile app, went through drive through, then was told to pull forward past the window. Waited 20 minutes... after pulling forward. Went inside and got yelled at by the store manager after asking about the food. Both employees and othercustomers were shocked at their behavior. There is absolutely no reason to yell at your customers. Shame on you. Read more
