By far the worst Mexican Pizza I've received since they have returned. Yeah speedy service but way too speedy they didn't even... finish the cooking process. Spit in the food. Tacos crushed, French fries served frozen. I just got that straight from the drive thru window. Staff here... will curse you out.. and complain about doing there job. Management is awful and doesn't care. This store should not be inoperation if they are going to continue to put people's health at risk. Read more

Not one time ever have I ordered from this store and left with the correct order. Apparently reading comprehension and rolling... burritos is too hard of a job for the employees at this location. They messed my food up, wouldn?t answer the phone so I had togo back to the store and asked them to remake it. They literally just scraped everything off and gave me the same food back withbasically empty shells. the girl that had to bring the ?remade? food out to me got locked out in the rain too, had to walk allthe way around the building to get back in instant karma is so rewarding lol Read more
Third time we have ordered and asked no sour cream on anything and they put it on everything they even went out of their way to... replace the spicy ranch with sour cream. I figured being the nice side of town the taco bell would care more but the one inthehood where we used to live never messed up our orders like this location. Went tonight around 10:20pm ordered the nacho supreme combo with a strawberry lemonade, and a cheesy Gordita crunch. Got home to... find I got two extra tacos but no Gordita crunch. Extra tacos are cool in all but the Gordita crunches are my favorite. Tried tocall 4 times to try and reach someone and heard the phone pick up then hang up each time. Also did not get my receipt. I don?t know who is worse, Door Dash or this location of Taco Bell. Due to health issues, we tend to order delivery and we... consistently are missing items from our orders or things are not made correctly. This evening I had to go fetch the rest of ourorder which shouldn?t have happened if a little care had been taken. As it was, the missing item was a 12 count of the Cinnabondonut holes and when we went to pick them up (after being hung up on twice) there were only 11. It wasn?t like they were swampedor understaffed either. There were 2 girls at the drive thru with the manager working the front and getting items from thecook(s). I really wish this store would get a decent crew and/or Door Dash would allow people to choose what store to use sincethere is another Taco Bell just as close, highly accurate in the orders, and usually so corteous instead of apathetic. This is the rudest taco bell with the rudest workers. Tonight I tried eating inside but got there right after they closed. I... tried the doors and turned to go back to my car and saw a young man inside pointing to the drive thru dancing and laughing. Adifferent time it took ten minutes to get food out to each car because the girls in the back were to busy dancing.
