Had a wonderful lady helping in the drive! She made us laugh!! Wish she was closer to Goddard I would go just to visit her!!
ZERO STARS ! We have been to this location about 7 times this year and they have ALWAYS messed up our order regardless of what... time it is. They either ALWAYS forget something or ALWAYS mess up the food. The customer service is ridiculous. We finally hadenough of this location. We always got the excuse of "sorry we're just busy" yet there weren't even cars behind us. By the timewe loop back around and they give us the rest of our missing food, the food we already have is SOGGY. They always forgetsomething yet they sure as hell dont forget to charge. Starting to think it's a scheme to take people's money and not give themthe entire order. All they gave us was a lousy "sorry" and a coupon for 1 free taco with our next order. Customer service was horrible. The drive-thru person taking orders was very bluntly rude. They were out of all sauces besides... Diablo but yet still offered them and then laughed like it was a joke when telling us they didn't have any which I didn't wantDiablo so Instead i asked if I could get a side of sour cream in exchange she laughed again and said "umm no". She obviouslyneeds to be trained right onbhow to run a customer service drive-thru. they lost our business I have never been spoken to withsuch disrespect and unappreciation as a customer in my life.
