With the new Kiosk installed, none of the employees seemed to care if we ordered or not. People in the back would glance at us,... and turn around without saying anything. Like it wasn't their job to wait on customers. Read more

Order online and drove here just to have to wait 20 mins to get my food! Very rude staff! Order the fries and they barely put... anything in the bowl and put jalapeño sauce all over my food which I did not order. Read more

ZERO STARS ! We have been to this location about 7 times this year and they have ALWAYS messed up our order regardless of what... time it is. They either ALWAYS forget something or ALWAYS mess up the food. The customer service is ridiculous. We finally hadenough of this location. We always got the excuse of "sorry we're just busy" yet there weren't even cars behind us. By the timewe loop back around and they give us the rest of our missing food, the food we already have is SOGGY. They always forgetsomething yet they sure as hell dont forget to charge. Starting to think it's a scheme to take people's money and not give themthe entire order. All they gave us was a lousy "sorry" and a coupon for 1 free taco with our next order. Customer service was horrible. The drive-thru person taking orders was very bluntly rude. They were out of all sauces besides... Diablo but yet still offered them and then laughed like it was a joke when telling us they didn't have any which I didn't wantDiablo so Instead i asked if I could get a side of sour cream in exchange she laughed again and said "umm no". She obviouslyneeds to be trained right onbhow to run a customer service drive-thru. they lost our business I have never been spoken to withsuch disrespect and unappreciation as a customer in my life. Not a busy period at all. I dined in. 2 additional customers brought orders back to be corrected. My burrito was spilled in the... bag. They did replace the item. No problem. No meat in the chalupa... how do you mess this up?! Edit/update: I decided to go back to this one because it's closest to where... I work. This time there was hardly any filling in my 5 layer burrito... I also asked for mild sauce when I got to the window,only to find out when I got back to my job that there was no mild sauce put in my bag. She even repeated it after me when Iasked for it. Get out food home and have hardly any ingredients... the sour cream wasn't even inside of the chalupa AT ALL! Litteraly smeared... on the outside and on the wrapper... The soft tacos had meat on one end and the tiniest bit of ingredients on the other end...quesadillas not cut... completely understand being busy and short staffed, but this is ridiculous! We don't even change howanything is made we just order... for the same price we will take our business to a local family authentic restaurant instead ofgiving our money to a corporation.
