Let's talk food. It's cheap (ingredients), edible, and inexpensive. Taste is fair, what you would expect from an area food chain... drive through that's trying to get by and serve the masses. To me the meat is like eating processed baby food. It's ok, nothingwrong with that... makes the food more digestible I guess. Taste is alright for what it is. Overall the food is good for thebracket it's in, so I don't expect too much. But also has an adverse affect on me the next morning that I don't experience withother Mexican style foods. For fast food tacos it was very good! The hard shells were super crunchy and 3 of them filled me up.
Better than taco bell by miles. Simple. Delicious. Fresh. Cheap. These are the fast food tacos you have been wishing and... dreaming for. None of that chicken as a tortilla or french fries and nacho cheese just plain old tacos and burritos. Yum. Wealways stop in when we are around. The store closed down an hour early, even though customers were still in the lobby. There were no indicators that they had... closed, so I sat in the drive through waiting to be greeted. None of the workers smoking out back cared to tell me. I eventuallyfound out for myself when I parked to go into the lobby. 5 stars are something that is hard to give, but it you're wanting a decent meal at a decent price it's a good place to go. Never... had a bad experience with the food and it's pretty good. Been going to Taco Shop for years and they have never disappointed me. Read more
Just received the worst customer service experience at the Taco Shop on Webb rd. Waited in line for 20 minutes only to be told... that they weren't taking any more orders even though they weren't closed yet. After leaving empty handed I called the store andspoke to the "manager" Ryan who claimed that they had run out of food, even though that's not what was said in the drive thru.He also claimed that hours had changed and they closed at 10pm even though Google says they're open til 11pm. He was rude andhad no empathy for not helping customers that waited for a long time to be served. The perception that I got was that theworkers wanted to leave and didn't want to stay and make your business money by helping paying customers. This experience wasdisgraceful and you've lost a loyal customer. Read more
Taco Shop is one of my favorite fast foot Taco places in Wichita. The food is Amazing, the service is friendly and the... restaurant is clean. The prices arent to bad either. This is a must stop in the Wichita area! Read more
