I should have stopped to look at reviews for this location before wasting my money. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal and... got home to find the smallest cheeseburger on the menu in my bag. Guys.... I wish I could give this Wendy's a 0 star.... It is horrible every time I come they mess up my order... today, they... forgot one of my sandwiches... I of course had to re-wait in line because the doors are locked... When I got home, my son'ssandwich had no meat patty in it! And the others were covered in mayo.... Drive thru service was extremely slow, was told that the long wait was due to making fresh fries and nuggets. I don't mind... waiting for fresh food but got home (less than 5 minutes) and food was all luke warm and clearly not fresh and missing a set ofnuggets. Called and talked to the "manager", who wouldn't tell me her name, and she was VERY rude and hung up on me. I reallyhope the district manager or corporate reads this because this is one of the worst fast food places in Wichita and theemployees/management need a serious overhaul!! Read more
I used to love Wendy's Spicy Chicken Sandwich..I used to get it all the time when they had the location at Greenwich and... Kellogg. Haven't had it in a while as I don't have a location close to me anymore. So I was excited to get to have one whenrunning errands out west...twice I got the Sandwich about a week apart. At the same location, in front of Cake Stuff. The foodwas good but they have changed something. Idk what, a spice, a seasoning, or an additive, but something gave me a terribleallergic reaction...made my face get crazy hot and my body itch from my head to my feet. Both times...I didn't realize thecorrelation until I had it the second time the next week. Sadly I won't be eating at Wendy's again, well, I can still get afrosty... Read more
