Have always loved Wendy's .stopped at this location twice.Slow service I can handle.But today waited in line for few minutes,get... to the counter just as an employee reached into the fries grabbed a chicken nugget shaved it in his mouth! This is one of those you never know if it will be good or not, fast or slow. Use to be my favorite wendys but that has since... stop. It's convenient for its location. When the food is good that's just what it is good!!! Hopefully they get some bettercustomer service and better product coming out. Read more
They were slow at getting my food out, which would have been fine if all of my food was fresh and hot. Or if they waited until... it was all done to put it in the bag. My fries weren't too bad, but they weren't fresh or hot, my burger was cold and verydisappointing, but my chicken nuggets burnt my fingers. I think my burger and fries would have been better if they were leftunder the heat lamp til the nuggets were done. But I did get full and the guy working the window was very friendly andenthusiastic. Literally waited 10 minutes and I only had a Mobile ordered at 10:30pm and has to wait til 10:50 to even get my food. No one... greeted us, not a single word. Save yourself the time and effort. The fries were solid rock and cold. The french fries were awesome - lots of salt. Our burgers were fresh, and the chicken nuggets were just right. I was also... happy that they have one of those nice soda machines inside for customers. Staff was friendly too, which is always a bonus at afast food restaurant. It's about time for a restaurant remodel. Read more
