Came on Black Friday, the manager was awesome! Super fast service, they let us mix frosty flavors which is pretty cool

Very slow service in the drive thru. Very annoyed and unfriendly staff. Multiple times I've gotten a frosty that was only 2/3rds... full. If I pay for a medium, I want a medium, not a mini. Probably won't go back to this location even though it's the oneclosest to my house. Read more

This is one drive-thru that needs everyone to go to customer service training. No one speaks unless taking your order at speaker... or taking your $$. No ?hello?, no ?thanks?, nothing, nada, zip, zilch?just silence. Very unfriendly & rude. Read more

The burgers are shrinking, the fries are not full, but we understand that the staff has to follow directions and limit even... though the prices went up. Cheaper to eat at home. Lesson learned, but the staff is nice. Read more

This is the only Wendy?s worth going to in all of Wichita. True that the service might not be above and beyond, but they never... mess up my food and they?re never outright rude like every other Wendy?s here. I drive all the way from the west side to comehere. Read more

New building. Same mistakes. I frequently order a SW avocado salad with no bacon. Every other time, the A gets left off with the... B. The tomatoes are always a mess. Not the only Wendy's that does this. I quit going to ask Wendy's in 2021. Thought I'd tryagain with new building. Try paying more with better benefits and hiring people that care? Read more

The professionalism is clear as night and day, at night the management and employees do not care about your order they lie when... they dont want to make it and wont compensate it. Where as the management in the morning and the employees do care, they willfix the mistakes right then and there. I would give it 5 stars if they fix night time management Read more
