We dined in. The food was good quality for what it was. It's fast food... I don't eat at Wendy's often. But I was wanting some... chili. They weren't terribly busy when I went in, but I stood back because I wasn't sure if I wanted anything else. The girlworking register was obviously put out by presence lingering in the lobby reading the sign. This day my sugar was low. I'mdiabetic. When that happens, most people get a bit moodiness. My mood was not at all in any way directed at her. I smiled andapologized for being so slow to order. My boyfriend was trying to help me and I whispered that I just wasn't feeling well andcould he help me decide? My tone may not have been pleasant. This happens and he knows it. He understands. The lady howeverbecame even more impatient and started "pounding" the keys on her screen. As we finish ordering a man walks in to order. Shesmiles at him and dismisses us with barely glance. When our food is ready, I notice she puts it on the counter. With a sort oftoss and it slams on the counter and slides. I go to get the food while my boyfriend finds us a table. I apologize to her again."Thank you, sweetheart. Sorry to be a bother. Have a pleasant day." She looks at me with a mild scowl and says yeah. So, I amgiving the service 3 stars. She had no way of knowing I was ill with low sugar. Still, she should have been more careful withher attitude. If I believed for even a second it was the result of a bad day. I would dismiss the attitude. But each customerthat came in after me was greeted and taken care of in a friendly manner. I don't expect the world at a Wendy's! But neither doI think the workers there should be so agitated. Read more

Waited forever for my food & then it was cold. They must have taken & fulfilled 5 or 6 drive through orders after I placed my... order. Wendy's use to be my favorite fast food restaurant but seems to be getting as bad as Burger King! Read more

We came here for breakfast today and we had the worst experience ever. We sat in the drive thru (which had no other cars) for... about 3 minutes. So we called and heard there was no one on headset. They took our order then told us they were out of coffee.When We got our food it was cold the cups were dirty and the seal on the orange juice was broken so we went in got a full refundfrom a ride employee and we watched her thoss our food in the trash and walk off .she just didn't care at all. The Wendy's located at South Meridian and 235 have the most polite staff I've encountered in a long time. The gentleman at the... register was beyond polite and exuded happiness. This absolutely made my day. I will definitely return in hopes that he isworking. This was during lunch time. Their salads are also well put together and delicious. I just wish the strawberry saladwas available for a longer period of time. Love it. Read more

Out of salt. No chocolate frosty. Out of catsup except a few sticky packages in a bowl leaking. Got precooked hamburger... pattie that tasted like it was cooked 2 hours ago at least. Fries and diet coke was good. Rest sucked bad. My baconatorexpensive burger was as tiny as a McDonald's burger. Smaller than a quarter pounder from McDonald's. What a disappointment Iasked for salt and they didn't have any at all for customers. Read more

This was our worst experience at this location and my first review that I have ever done. I am so baffled by what just happened.... We pulled up to order (no one in front of us) she asked us to please wait. Ok no problem. Then at least 10 minutes goes by andshe finally gets back on and apologizes about the wait. Again no big deal. Then we pull around to the window and she runs offout of sight and does not return for at least another 10-15 minutes. Finally returns and starts putting the kids meal in the bagand adding cheese to one of the fries. Comes to the window and is now asking for payment. Hands us our bags and we drove off. Inoticed the bags seemed cold. I checked the bags and our fries were ice cold and as you can see the cheese is not evenmelted(This picture was taken when I pulled up to my house about 10 minutes down the road).I?m confused to why it took so longfor service just for our food to be so cold. We had a great visit at Wendy's! It was incredibly busy, yet somehow, we got our food in about five minutes after the time we... ordered, (for a family of 7) & the staff was super friendly. Everything was made to Perfection, with the exception of ahamburger that my daughter ordered, that came as a cheeseburger. She's lactose intolerant. I took it up, and the manager made itright within 60 Seconds. The manager was incredibly friendly. I appreciated how, when the store got busy, he came up to help hisstaff. The facility was clean, including the rest rooms, and the staff were polite and patient, despite the traffic inside! Read more
