I was craving a burger and a shake ????????????????????????and usually I wouldn?t go to a place right before close, but I just... moved and we don?t have a braums in my new state!!! All of the employees were so polite and nice about it!!! They all had greatattitudes! One young man even offered to pull down a chair for me to sit while I waited, I declined but the offer was kind! Me and My Mom went through the drive thru at the Braums location across Sikes Center Mall. All We ordered were one large tea, 2... cups of ice water, and one double dip sundae. I pulled up to the window and paid the lady. She handed us the 2 cups of icedwater and the sundae. She then asked me to pull up further to the door and wait by it for the large iced tea that was left. Iwas thinking, "Really? Do NOT go to this Braum's location!! It was a terrible drive through experience. Service was deplorable and the ice cream was... melted. We ordered 3 cups of ice cream, each with 2 scoops. Prior to getting to the drive through menu, we had used the onlinemenu to select our flavors. 6 flavors we requested weren't available. When we got to the pick up window, we were given one conewith 2 scoops. We didn't think it was ours because we ordered cups, so we gave it back. Then, the server said "This is yourorder. I didn't hear you say cups." The snotty server then dumped the cone into a cup, threw out the cone, and handed us a cupwithout a lid, spoon, or napkin. It's a drive through - a lid should be standard, along with courtesy! After we asked for alid, we were told to pull up and they'd bring us the other 2 cups. While we waited, we were served a bag of burgers and friesthat were then taken back out of our vehicle and given to another car. We continued to wait only to be given a second bag ofburgers and large fries! The server disappeared so fast, my husband got out of the car and went to the employee only door toreturn it. At which point, 2 very rude employees started telling him this order was right, it's what was on the ticket and theyfilled it correctly. There was no arguing that burgers and fries were the correct order per the ticket since we only ordered icecream on our ticket. Finally, we received our 3 cups of ice cream. However, the mint ice cream ordered with just caramel, cameout as a sundae completely melted, literally liquified, with nuts and whipped cream. It was inedible and was thrown out. Nutsshould never be an automatic topping because of nut allergies. It should be asked if nuts are wanted because serving nuts to aperson with allergies can be deadly. I ate at the Braums on Callfield today. All I ask for was a fresh cooked chicken sandwich and fresh fried fries. My husband... ordered a cheese burger.The Shift Manager took my order. We barely sat down with our drinks and our order was ready. I took onebite and found it out to be not warm at all. Fries were cold and limp. We took it all back and ask again for fresh food. Stillnot cooked right. When I ordered I ask If the chicken and beef were cooked ahead and he said no. I grew up with Braums but willnot go back. I put this on a prived sight and not on Facebook. No matter what you get ask for the Braums dipping sauce that is usually for the chicken. It will change your life. Not joking... either on their hamburgers it makes it a totally new burger that is 100/10 its fantastic. Their new fried Carmel and toffee pieice cream was also really good and should be kept full time. Read more
