If you are not familiar, this is a build and bake style pizza shop. In other words, it's Chipotle/Subway style, where you build... the pizza as you go down the line and then they toss it in the oven when you get to the end. I've tried another similar pizzachain, MOD pizza, and I have to say I think Firo was better, mostly because their crust was a good happy medium not too chewy,not too crunchy. Not only is the pizza pretty damn good, they also offer some tasty looking Gelato. I recommend the HoneyHabanero pizza as is, and I added banana peppers. Bonus! They offer military doscount.
