If you are not familiar, this is a build and bake style pizza shop. In other words, it's Chipotle/Subway style, where you build... the pizza as you go down the line and then they toss it in the oven when you get to the end. I've tried another similar pizzachain, MOD pizza, and I have to say I think Firo was better, mostly because their crust was a good happy medium not too chewy,not too crunchy. Not only is the pizza pretty damn good, they also offer some tasty looking Gelato. I recommend the HoneyHabanero pizza as is, and I added banana peppers. Bonus! They offer military doscount. I don?t know if it was just a bad day or this is something normal but the food was not all that great. At first look pizza looks... wonderful. But when I picked it up everything just fell off. And the flavor wasn?t there. We tried cheese pizza, extra cheesepizza, pineapple and Canadian bacon pizza, also a classic pepperoni and cheese pizza. The crust was thin and somewhat burnt.
