The fries were great! The hamburger was extremely salty. I'm not a fan of the texture. I don't think it's a location issue, more... of branding issue. The wait was a good minute. The service was okay. It's always scary to order from places that have no cars orother customers so...I was nervous about service and quality. But it was an okay experience. Fries were good. From the friendly and inviting staff the minute you walk in, the custom burgers... and the excellent desserts, this is how all fast food places SHOULD be. I worked in the restaurant business for over 20 years and never seen a manager as worse as the one here in Wichita falls. She... doesn't care about the employees or the customers. She all about herself and not the restaurant. Would love to come in moreoften with more friends. But I can't sit and watch employees get treated like they don't matter. Tommy Howard went out if hisway to make sure we had a great experience. Get a couple of more Tommy Howard's and your restaurant would be top of the line. Read more

First time here, as we were just in town for a college visit. Great Burgers and loved the crispy fries. We also received... excellent service from Tony. He suggested options to try, pointed out reasons to use the app and was super friendly andhelpful. As far as the food, I enjoyed the thin burger patties that appeared to be smashed then seared well. The flavor wasgood as well. Many times I end up having to season my patties of other burgers before eating, but today that was not the case. Itasted a piece of patty alone and it was nicely seasoned, so I put the additional salt away. The fries reminded me offshoestring potatoes, except that these were tender on the inside to contrast the crispy outside. We also enjoyed frozen custardfor the road, as it was National Frozen Custard Week (I didn't look it up to confirm). Overall great experience here and aspecial thanks to Tony for his help. Read more

Got 70% done with my burger and looked down to see a straight-up pube in my food. Food was great up until then.

Had never been here before and on a whim decided to give it a go. I must say I was more than pleasantly surprised. I went... through the drive through and loved the simple menu. I believe in the adage be good at what you do and stick with it. Thecustomer service at the window was awesome and it took about 5 -6 minutes before I got the order which tells me it was fresh. First time at Freddy's. Ordered jalapeño cheeseburger and a bacon cheeseburger. The jalapeño cheeseburger was moist, spicy... and delicious. The seasoning on the meat made it taste so good. Bacon cheeseburger had onions and jalapeños added on. It wasalso moist and seasoned nicely. We made it a meal on both orders and had shoestring french fries and onion rings on the other. Was a little disappointed with only 5 onion rings but had plenty of fries. Definitely will go back again. Customer servicegets a 5 also. First visit here and Wow I swear this is the best burger in my life, definitely in a few decades. The "concrete" got the turtle... and somehow the yummy buttery pecans were evenly distributed so I had some in every bite, even the last one. Have mentioned thisplace to everyone I have seen since visiting. Staff are very helpful and the place is like a whole new level of clean. Pricesare higher than most burger joints but I understand why, it is burger perfection. Read more
