Horrible experience Fries were Cold. Asked the Lady at the window if I could have fresh Fries. She had a attitude Rolled her... eyes at the cook and yelled to make fresh Fries cause I said they were Cold. So I tasted my chicken. It was also cold and hadbeen sitting and was dry. I then told the Lady if I could also have fresh Chicken. She then said that chicken is fresh it justcame up. I love chicken I also know when it's fresh and when it's not. Very very disappointed about customer service. We were in the drive thru waiting to order for 5 minutes ( there were no other... customer's) we finally asked for assistance when the employee came across as if we were impeding on her time.
