Horrible experience Fries were Cold. Asked the Lady at the window if I could have fresh Fries. She had a attitude Rolled her... eyes at the cook and yelled to make fresh Fries cause I said they were Cold. So I tasted my chicken. It was also cold and hadbeen sitting and was dry. I then told the Lady if I could also have fresh Chicken. She then said that chicken is fresh it justcame up. I love chicken I also know when it's fresh and when it's not. Very very disappointed about customer service. We were in the drive thru waiting to order for 5 minutes ( there were no other... customer's) we finally asked for assistance when the employee came across as if we were impeding on her time. She was veryforceful and rude and acted rude at the window. NEVER GO HERE Read more

Golden Chick on Jacksboro Highway. The last two times I have went the service was very rude. My order was not correct the first... time, and when bringing it to the employees attention he rolled his eyes and just shut the window. I could also here what he wassaying to other employees through the window as he made my drink. I know people have bad days, however I went again (a few weekslater) to the same one, again my order was wrong. After I double checked my order and realized it was not correct, I asked themabout the items missing on my order. Very rude, eye rolling and made it very known it was an inconvenience. I ordered a 4 piece tender combo comes with one side I ordered cole slaw but did not get my side I tried calling the phone only... rings and rings I will not be going back to this location. The sweet tea is soured as well. My roll is hard as a rock and I have4 very small cold tenders. Very disappointed. Read more
I went to the drive-thru this morning on Jacksboro Highway and ordered an order of churros and when I got home I was... disappointed to find that my churros didn't have any cinnamon sugar mixture sprinkled on it they look like they came straightout of the grease into my bag the ones I usually get on Central Freeway are covered in cinnamon and sugar and they're very goodso I was kind of disappointed this morning when I got home with dry churros Read more
