If I could give a negative number I would. Service was horrible and slow, our waitress was rude and didn?t seem the care that we... were there. When I asked for an actual menu cause they didn?t give us one she asked if I wanted a bar menu?. Im literally aboutto give birth any day now. All the us ordered our food at the same time yet by the time me and my daughter finished eating mydad finally got his food, the waitress felt like she had absolutely no idea what she was doing. They claimed things would beslow because of ?short staff? but there wasn?t that many people there. My Daughter's hamburger was half cooked. Ordered chips and queso, bowl only had 1/4 cup of queso. Staff was very friendly and... busy. But wish our visit would of been worth it. Read more
This was a horrible experience. It was about 130 in the afternoon on Friday 7/1/22. My wife and 12 year old son and I. Maybe 1/4... full. Took an hour for our meal to arrive. My son?s fries were stale. They never brought my wife?s fries after telling us for 20minutes after we received our order that they would be alone soon. I also ordered 10 wings and got 7. The discounted my mealfrom 10 wings to 6 but said they couldn?t take the fries off even though we never received them. Then they took my son?s mealoff as well. Not gonna lie, this is the worst Hooters I have ever been to and frankly don?t think I will be back to thefranchise. I still left waitress a 20% tip but even though she kept blaming the kitchen. Friendly service in a very clean well put together space. I don't think they bread the wings in house anymore. They tasted like... they were made elsewhere and brought in frozen which was disappointing but not unusual. Read more
Kara, Jacqueline and Aubrey were great. This location is pleasant and inviting. Staff has to be who they have to be but... Jacqueline and Aubrey were extra nice when they saw I was alone. Our mix & match (burger & crispy chicken) slider appetizer (4 sliders + fries) was the perfect size snack to share and it was... delicious! We also had the dessert shooters which were just right for a small, sweet, finish. Our to-go food (Caesar salads &cheesesteak) were also enjoyed immensely. Xita (our server) took great care of us. Went here for veteran's day and sat at the bar. It was pretty busy so service was a bit slow, but the food turned out great and... our drinks stayed filled. My only complaint... and I'm sorry to say, but who ever mopped needs to change the mop head out. Therewas a very strong musty, distracting odor that permeated through the building.
