Perfect place and quiet considering we went before dinner rush. Greeted with smiles. Seated quickly and no sticky table. New... hired and he was great. Ordered drinks and I had special request which he gave to the bar keep. Ready to order and although ittook a few seconds longer it was just to clarify the order. Food arrived and I had a reaction to some sauce. No ones fault andthe waiter and head cook immediately helped and fixed the situation. This restaurant is clean and with music piped in. you feelrelaxed. Prices are very reasonable and there is plenty of parking available. Read more

Let me preface this review by saying we had not dined at this establishment in over a year. We went here around 1pm on a... Saturday. The nearly empty parking lot should have been the first Red Flag. After being seated, the waitress brought the usualbread and olive oil/roasted garlic dip. Well, not quite. Only a half piece of bread and one dip for two people. I asked thewaitress about it and she said the manager says that is how it is to be. Personally, I didn't mind sharing the dip, but if Iwas not in a relationship with my dinning partner, I would not want to share a tiny piece of bread and a single garlic dip. Now, what bread you did get was disgusting. The normal garlic sprinkle on the top was PURE SALT. You had to scrape/wipe offthe top of the bread to make it edible. The house salad was another point of contention. There were MAYBE two measlytablespoons of dressing for a rather generously sized salad. Definitely NOT enough dressing. Another cost cutting measure I amsure. On the plus side, the entrees themselves were quite tasty, and had enough pasta in them for two people. Neither of uscould finish the dishes. Our waitress was very helpful and we cannot fault her for anything. All-in-all it was not the mostpleasant dining experience. Next time when we see a nearly empty parking lot during peak hours on a weekend, we will pass theestablishment by. Read more

They were training new waitresses on a Friday. The food was good. I hope they get the staffing situation sorted out soon. There... were many complaints. I gave 4 stars because it was beyond their control. The food is good they just need some help. Read more

So excited, then so disappointed! Had eaten at one in east TN several times and it was always so good! When I saw one close to... my hotel here in TX, I was very excited. The place was pretty empty at peak dinner hours, but I didn?t let that slow me down. The service was fantastic! I ordered the wedge salad (which was a favorite from the one in TN) and the spaghetti dinner whichcomes with meatballs and Italian sausage. The salad was good. It was smaller than I remember, but I took the recent challengeswith restaurants into consideration. The meat in the entrée was really terrible. Really bad flavor and texture. I left most ofit behind and went back to my room really disappointed. Read more

We love this restaurant! The staff is friendly, the food is excellent and the place is really pretty and clean. We've been here... three times and have been very happy each time. I cannot say enough about the staff. We had different people bring food, drinksand bread. The manager cleans tables, helps the servers. It seems like a real family atmosphere. Try the spaghetti feast. It ishuge and delicious! Read more

The food was not good, none of the 4 of us ate 1/4 of our meal. The place was dirty, waitress said they was short handed. We... had to ask for everything. We asked for napkins, we received a pile of unfolded napkins, we were very disappointed and will notbe back Read more

The mozzarella sticks were the highlight of the meal. Now for the rest? bread was stale and the chicken and Alfredo sauce (if... you want to call it that) were very bland. The Alfredo didn?t taste or look like Alfredo. It was more buttery than creamy andvery sticky. Taste is similar to the frozen pasta Viola not Italian food. If I hadn?t requested the mushrooms it would have hadno flavor. The manager compt the main course so I left 3 stars. The server was decent but I still had an empty glass. Read more
